Australian Large Platypus

This large platypus replica is authenticated by Healesville Sanctuary. It is about 9 cm long and is supplied with an information hang tag.

The Science and Nature Large Platypus model is sculpted in a resting position, looking ahead. It is painted light brown, with darker brown shiny fur on its back, and a cream coloured underbelly. Its duck-like bill is shiny and black, as are its flippers.
